Leasing Consultant

Summary: The Leasing Consultant is responsible to sell the first-class customer service, excellent construction, and enviable amenities that CPM is continually working to provide for their residents.
This role will combine sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes and to build an excellent relationship with all guests and residents.
The consultant will work directly for the property manager to manage the preservation of and to assist with the increasing value of the real estate they manage.
Principle Duties: • Marketing: Assist the rest of the CPM team with the research, preparation, and execution of the marketing plans for their respective property.
• Leasing: Sell the properties products and services to prospects while observing all fair housing laws and preserving the value of the real estate asset.
• Customer Service: Develop and maintain first-class customer service relationships with all prospects and residents.
• Administration: Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paper work and assist the Property Manager in all clerical work required to do their job including the preparation of reports and planning and executing marketing and resident appreciation events.
Work Experience and Skills Required.
• Preferred: A minimum of 2 years’ experience with the property management industry.
• Preferred: Bilingual.
• Education Required: High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Must have fluent working knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing rental properties and property management.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
