- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role .
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Canva.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
