Shop Manager- Fire Life Safety

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including overseeing staff and ensuring efficient workflow - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Train and mentor new employees Experience: - Must have a certificate or relevant experience in shop management or a related field - Experience in alarm system sales, fire alarm sales, fire sprinkler fitting, construction inspection, system design, or build is highly desirable - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in using computer software and systems for inventory management and sales tracking We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
