SALES TEAM LEAD

We are looking for a full-time, in-person Sales Team Lead.
You will lead our B2C sales team with the goal of increasing sales.
What you will do: Delegate responsibilities throughout your team Support team members through coaching, feedback, and training Set goals for you and your team to achieve Handle elevated sales calls as needed Manage information through a customer relationship management (CRM) software Analyze sales performance to see areas for improvement Report and offer insights to management based on your team’s production and experience What we prefer you to bring: Collaboration, communication, and listening skills Professional and adaptable approach A strong work ethic and integrity Proficiency in technology, especially Google Workspace and customer relationship management (CRM) software Proficient sales and closing skills 1+ years of experience in a customer service role What you must bring: Leadership and interpersonal skills 1+ years of experience in a sales role Pay: $16.
50 per hour + Commission Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.
