PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Professional Development Manager.
You will manage team member development and compliance.
You will also ensure standard operating procedures are being followed.
What you will do: Research and understand team member’s goals and career path Tailor, create, propose, and assist in team member development programs Oversee internal report cases on team member actions and performance Create unique training programs for team members on a case-by-case basis Collaborate, coordinate, and create training materials, programs, and courses Research, collaborate, create, implement, and audit managerial standard operating procedures Collaborate on and update policies as needed Keep yourself updated on current goods manufacturing practices and corrective and preventative actions What we prefer you to bring: Collaboration, communication, and listening skills Leadership and problem-solving skills Public speaking and presentation skills Willingness to confront others Organization and time management skills Detail-oriented approach Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, chemistry, biology, or related field 1+ years of experience in training team members 1+ years of experience creating SOPs and policies What you must bring: Proficiency with computers and technology 1+ years of experience using Google Workspace or equivalent Pay: $50,000 salary + Bonuses Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.
