Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance department.
Ensure all sales deals are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Offer excellent customer service to all customers, assisting them with financing, insurance, and other related services.
Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and other financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
Perform credit checks and analyze credit applications to determine financing options for customers.
Work with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and close deals quickly and efficiently.
Train and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and sales performance.
Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to sales or financing in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products or services offered by competitors.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Manager or Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Extensive knowledge of financing and insurance processes, regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ADP/CDK DMS system
Must have a valid driver's license
