Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting/HR Manager to oversee our Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting finalizing a task at hand.
Duties: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resource Duties
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Work with the CFO Daily, and report directly to the CFO
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law, FMLA, and HR sourcing
- Experience in recruiting, process improvement, and senior leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
