JOB SUMMARY:
Perform Maintenance in Guest rooms and related areas; on all structures and equipment of all types.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum two year experience of general maintenance required.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and communicate in English.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Able to provide own hand tools essential to the job.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
All Engineers:
1.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
2.
Replace or repair with specific parts for individual problems
3.
Moving materials and equipment to specified locations throughout the property.
4.
Completing paperwork as necessary.
5.
Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
Engineer II:
1.
Follow specifications, blue prints, manuals and schematic drawings when necessary.
Engineer III:
1.
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
2.
Follow specifications, blue prints, manuals and schematic drawings when necessary.
